I am changing career from having been a Forest School Leader (outdoor nature education/play provision for mainly children) due to health difficulties (ME/CFS). During my illness I have benefited hugely from practising yoga, meditation and mindfulness and now I seek a way to combine these with my love of nature, both to help others and help protect all species on earth by raising awareness of ourselves as a part of nature, not separate from it.

If you might be interested in meeting people locally, what towns/regions are accessible to you?

  • Dear Ros

Welcome to this online ecopsychology community. Thanks for introducing yourself, it's much appreciated. We hope you're inspired by this space and we look forwards to any contributions you might wish to make. As and when you have time, please do replace the blue flower with a picture of yourself or something favourite - we find this helps to build a sense of community in this virtual space.

    Warm wishes

On behalf of the Ning Ecopsychology website team
