Hi I am a psychotherapist and trainer in private practice in the West of Ireland. I have completed a research masters thesis on the integration of Nature into therapeutic practice and have offered outdoor psychotherapy to my clients for over 5 years. I have given keynote speeches, workshops and webinars on the topic of psychotherapy and the natural world for both CONFER and Essential Therapy Training. I also run my own experiential workshops and trainings for psychotherapists and mental health professionals who wish to learn more about their personal process in nature and embedding it into their work.

Qualifications/Services Offered (Optional)

MSc Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing. One to one client work and training in mental health, educational and corporate sectors.
