  • Good morning Jayne!
Thank you for your invitation, on this auspicious day, which happens to be my 65th birthday.
I am simply delighted to have made this connection with the ecopsychology group. I was in supervision with Nick, so it is he who has brought this about for me too.
My friend and colleague Ronnie Lac, with whom I am writing a book about animal assisted gestalt psychotherapy, put me in touch with Nick, when my gestalt supervisor was unable to take me further into working with animals as my main therapeutic thing. I am looking forward to getting to know you better, too. I see you are interested in the other than human aspects of relating, which interests me so much.
If you wish I can send you a couple of articles, when my computer allows me to. One is co written with Ronnie, for the British Gestalt Journal, the other by me, for the Society for Companion Animal Studies Journal. That one is about Drover's part as Nana in Peter Pan, with the Easingwold Players. Please let me know what you would like.
    Love from Robin
  • Hi Jayne

It's lovely to welcome you to this ning! I hope you find it useful and supportive for your/our work. There are blogs, discussions, events listings and groups to join, including a northern group. When you've got a minute please consider replacing the blue flower picture with a picture of yourself of something which represents you, to help create dialogue in this virtual space.

Really looking forward to seeing you at Green and Away and catching up...
