A residential weekend of movement and meditation, in relationship with nature and the warmth and inspiration of time spent around the sacred fire.

Opening to our inner rhythms and those of the elements can help us align with ourselves, and the season. From the Chinese five element view, autumn is the time of the Metal Element, which relates to our capacity to value, and let go of what has been so that we can open to new inspiration. Just as the leaves fall from the trees, revealing their essence, so too can we return to the wisdom of our essential nature.

We will work indoors and out, in the nourishing Dartmoor landscape. Through awareness, movement and meditation we listen to and build an intimate relationship with ourselves, our body and the land to receive the gifts of Autumn. This can deepen our connection to our energetic and feeling nature and grow our capacity for embodiment, presence and expression.
