This therapeutic nature-based group blends the practise of mindfulness with imagination and creativity. Over a period of four weeks, you are assigned 12 eco-therapy exercises to complete outdoors. We then explore your experiences online together through a supportive, closed online community forum. You have the support of professional ecotherapist Stephen McCabe at every step of the way.
The course starts on 31st May 2021, when you get your first week's exercises in your inbox. You get three exercises per week (introduced by video), and you can do the exercises on any days that week which suit you.
At the end of the course, on 27th June, there will be a two-hour online video group meeting via Zoom. During this session we will explore your highlights from the course, share group experiences, and ecotherapist/course leader Stephen McCabe will offer you tips and advice on how you can take ecotherapy forward in your life.
