This workshop will introduce a creative method for exploring your inner landscape in order to deepen your own self-understanding and open up the capacity within you for positive therapeutic change.

Combining Internal Family Systems - which works with the internal parts of the Self - with creative nature-based techniques, Fairlie will guide you in giving voice to parts of yourself by externalising them and moving into relationship with your own authenticity in order to develop a healthy internal attachment.

The workshop will consist of a combination of visualisation, mindful engagement with the environment, discussion and creative exploration.

This method is easily transferable to different aspects of your life both internally and externally, and is something you can explore either for yourself or for therapeutic client work.

Open to all - some previous experience of therapeutic engagement will help you to gain a deeper understanding in this exploration but is not essential. Please contact me for more information at info@waveneyvalleycounselling.com
