This workshop will provide a creative method for exploring your relationships with others, helping you to discover new information about the way in which we occupy our place in the world and how this impacts the way we perceive ourselves.

Fairlie will guide you in selecting the key relationships in your life that you wish to explore and creating a sculpture using natural objects to represent them in order to offer a new perspective on both the relationships and how your own sense of self impacts those relationships.

The workshop will consist of a combination of visualisation, mindful engagement with the environment, discussion and creative exploration.

This method is easily transferable to different aspects of therapeutic work, as shown through my workshop next month entitled: Mapping the psyche using natural objects. Please sign up to both to find out more.

Open to all - some previous experience of therapeutic engagement will help you to gain a deeper understanding in this exploration, but is not essential. Please contact me for more information: info@waveneyvalleycounselling.com

Although this event is part of the Ten Directions training course for ecotherapy practitioners, anybody can book and take part in this public online event.
